When you hear the term backyard desert wedding, immediately your first thought is well that doesn’t sound very romantic. Let me tell you that was far from the case for this beautiful wedding! Crystal and Darrin’s backyard wedding was so picturesque I could not even believe it myself when I looked at the back of my camera to see how the images were turning out. They were absolutely beautiful!!
Crystal and Darrin’s backyard desert wedding had all the dreamy features to it. From the beautiful handmade archway they created specifically for their big day. To the adorable party favors they had made so their guest could drink and be merry. To the thoughtful ways Crystal found every way possible to make sure her beloved mother was there in spirit on her big day. Several times throughout the day, in the ceremony and the reception, they made sure to tribute her beloved mother because every girl deserves to have a piece of her mother with her on her wedding day.
When these two love birds met five years ago, they never would have imagined their lives would turn into forever together. They quickly hit things off and knew then that they could see a future with each other. What turned into a distance relationship, eventually turned into moving together in the desert to be with each other. Now, two adorable dogs, a wonderful house, and four years of being together, they get to start their happily ever after.
Their wedding day was as perfect as it could be. Even the Arizona heat finally decided to give them a break and give them an absolutely beautiful day for their wedding. Can we talk about how dreamy the alter where they said their wedding vows was?! I do not think they could have picked a better spot to say the most important vows of their life together. It was truly an honor to be able to witness and photograph their big day with them. I say over and over again that I absolutely love my job and this is why. Witnessing the love and beauty couples and families have for one another makes my heart so full and I am honored to help them remember that!
